Join Purpleraintree Sound Meditation for a live virtual sound bath, designed to bring the same sense of calm, grounding, and restoration as an in-person session — wherever you are.
These online sound baths are held live via Zoom and guided with care, intention, and presence. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, rainstick, and gentle percussion, the session invites your body and mind into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.
You’ll be encouraged to get comfortable in your own space, allowing the sounds and vibrations to wash over you, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner stillness.
What Is a Virtual Sound Bath?
A virtual sound bath is a fully immersive listening experience. While you won’t feel physical vibrations the same way as in-person sessions, the frequencies and tones are still profoundly effective at guiding the brain into slower, more restorative states.
